As a practising Neuro Energetic Kinesiologist for over 10 years I believe our body holds the answers.
I specialise in supporting you energeticallly; your immune, nervous systems and emotional layers. Our body is a barometer and symptoms serve as the body’s signals of an underlying problem. Nuero kinesiology offers an effective approach to understanding and resolving these imbalances, guiding you back to a state of equilibrium and better health.

My approach to wellness encompasses all aspects of ancient medicine – The recognition of our thoughts, life patterns and belief systems ultimately impact our physical wellbeing. “We all have a Healing Story”
Through my experiences, I’ve come to believe that healing is not only about the physical but a deeply emotional and spiritual process.
Mine began sitting under a beautiful grape vine in my grandmother’s back yard in Northcote, Melbourne. I still remember the feeling of peacefulness that vine provided within a chaotic landscape. I grew to love that vine, not realising then that that connection would leave with me a sense of belonging to my ancestry.
“I believe that all people deserve to be taken care of. We deserve to be educated about our energetic body; and take control of our health. Above all, we deserve to be empowered, supported, and uplifted on our Sacred journey of Life.”
Fast forward to when my grandmother left this world. This sent me spiralling in all directions: seeking solace in religion and prayer; meditation; making casual companion with a negative lifestyle of grief and loss; devotion to the studies of Herbalism, Reiki, 5 Alchemy, Cosmetology and ultimately working to exhaustion in search of ‘myself’; eventually I reconnected with energy medicine – where it all began. This journey of my own self-discovery through the natural world quickly developed into a passion to serve others on their quest for optimum health and healing.
